  1. Libreria y Editorial Ricaaventura EIRL can request personal information to the client for the sale of its products. There is complete confidentiality with the information of each client, and it will not be transferred to third parties.
  2. We remind our customers who make online purchases of the products offered by Libreria y Editorial Ricaaventura EIRL, that the delivery and dispatch of the purchased products will be made according to the following:
  • The exact information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer when entering their information on the purchase form.
  • The responsibility of the person in charge of making the delivery of the product, will be limited to:
    i. Make the delivery of the product at the indicated address.
    ii. Make a visual check of the packaging status of the product to verify possible physical damage.
  • In case the product is not dispatched it will be returned to the offices of Librería y Editorial Ricaaventura EIRL. In case the client requires dispatch for his purchase, he must cover the respective expenses.

    - Dispatches from Arica to Puerto Montt: Charges by the client via Starken. If you require another agency send mail.

    - Dispatches to Easter Island and the rest of the south: Via Correos de Chile. Quote via email prior to making the purchase.

    - Foreigner: Once the product has been chosen, you must contact us, prior to purchase, at the email: editorial.ricaaventura@gmail.com. This way we can send you the transport quote, as there are several options.
